◆第１部：基調講演：自治医科大学 学長 永井良三先生
「医療産業成長に求められる創薬・リアルワールドデータ拠点・医療AI・病院経営の課題」

医療産業の成長には、イノベーションのみならず、医療の実態をリアルタイムに把握し、不合理を排除する仕組みが不可欠。その為には、医学・医療の知識の構造化が重要であり、更に臨床医学の基盤となる病院経営が健全でなければならない。これらの課題の多くは数値化が可能であり、近年発展するIT・AIはその解決策を提示し得る。以下最新成果を紹介する:

▶ 創薬不可能とされてきた転写因子KLF5（がん・心血管疾患）に対する創薬研究
▶ 11大学病院＋2ナショナルセンターの電子カルテを連結、心血管病の予後も含め実態を把握するリアルワールドデータ拠点「CLIDAS」
▶ 医療AI「J-CaseMap」、日本語医療大規模言語モデル「LLMjp-Med」の開発
▶ 病院経営の課題と改善の方向性

「日本発創薬力強化策：方程式駆動型・国産AIによる革新的ドラッグディスカバリー」

日本の創薬力が落ちていると言われるが、１億ドルあたりの薬の承認数は米国よりも日本が多いというデータもある。つまり、技術力が劣っているのではなく、資金力の差が優劣を決めていることになる。日本が米国に資金力で対抗することが現実的でないとするならば、日本の創薬力の強化はサイエンスの強化と同義であり、画期的な技術革新が求められている。方程式駆動型AIがその革新を起こす原動力となる。方程式駆動型AIがどのようにサイエンスの強化に寄与するかを説明する。
